Introduction to North Carolina Emergency Management provides an overview of NCEM, and will teach those new to the field, or new to the state, the way emergencies are handled at the state level.
Overviews of each section within the Division will be presented by functional leaders from the organization.
This will give each attendee the ability to meet those members of NCEM who will be helping to support disaster planning, response and recovery in our state.
