Event Description

Incident Tactical Dispatcher (INTD)/Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce (TERT) (NC-INTD)

This course provides a realistic, hands on approach to mastering the tasks and skills of an INTD and TERT resource.  The course is designed for experienced dispatchers who are familiar with the Incident Command System and dispatch operations. The course is 4 days of classroom and one day of hands on work in an exercise environment.  Each attendee participates in hands on training and is eligible to receive a position task book.

Prerequisites ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-700, ICS-800, and IS-144 are required. ICS-300 is recommended.
