This course and exercise is designed for credentialed Incident Management Team members at the local jurisdiction level. The program combines simulations, exercises, and focused instruction to challenge participants in their individual functional knowledge and decision-making skills. The simulations will also test each participant’s ability to perform effectively in their assigned role while contributing to the overall success of the incident management process.
