The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), North Carolina Emergency Management (NCEM), and North Carolina Office of EMS (OEMS) have partnered to update the Federal Coordinating Center (FCC) Concept of Operations. This training session will provide attendees with an overview of the updated 2025 FCC operations plan in North Carolina. Key topics include:
- Roles and responsibilities of participating agencies
- Identification of critical resources required to support FCC operations
- Communication strategies and protocols between organizations to ensure effective coordination
Participants will leave with a comprehensive understanding of how to support and execute FCC operations under the new statewide framework.
