This course is the train-the-trainer for the entire ICS 100-400 curriculum. Completion of this course does not constitute approval by NCEM to teach ICS courses in NC. Individuals must complete an ICS Instructor application and provide all requested documents for ICS Instructor consideration.

ICS/EOC Interface (G191) Introduction to Incident Command System ICS-100 (IS-00100.c) An Introduction to the National Incident Management Sys (IS-00700.b) Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response (IS-00200.c) ICS-300 - Intermediate Incident Command System for Expanding Incidents Version 2019 (G-300.a) ICS-400 - Advanced Incident Command System Command and General Staff Complex Incidents Version 2019 (G-400.a) National Response Framework An Introduction (IS-00800.d) ICS EOC Interface (VTG -191) Emergency Operations Center/Incident Command System Interface (L-191) -Formal instructor training such as M-410, National Wildland Coordinating Group Facilitative Instructor, EMI Master Trainer Program, Fire Instructor I&2, ASTD, CTTI, POST, FLETC, college, private industry, E-0141, Instructional Presentation and Evaluation Skills, Office for Domestic Preparedness Instructor Course, valid teaching certificate, or equivalent.
Include with your application: Copies of all course completion certificates or transcripts and a separate document describing, in detail, your operational experience and teaching experience.
Application must include two (2) Incident Action Plans (IAP) demonstration participation in the Incident Command System at the Command or General Staff level within the last 5 years.
