This comprehensive course equips responders with emergency response tactics applicable to incidents involving MC-306/DOT-406 tankers. Participants will engage in hands-on practice, covering activities such as dome clamping, upright and emergency shutoff activation, valve control, leak countermeasures, tanker drilling, grounding and bonding, transfer operations, and foam application. The course includes tactical considerations, container assessment, leak control options, and flaring operations. Additionally, each student will receive a set of Tanker Emergency Operations/FoamIQ Smart Charts to enhance their understanding and application of the acquired knowledge.
