Utilizing the CAMEO Software Suite to identify the locations and chemical inventories of hazardous materials reporting facilities (CAMEO Data Manager), determining the hazards and risks involved in a release of these chemicals (CAMEO Chemicals), modeling the anticipated chemical release (ALOHA), and plot the predicted threat zone on a map to interpret how the product will behave and the anticipated impacts (MARPLOT). This would provide the basis for proper up-to-date software utilization, while developing an understanding of air-model practices. The sessions would be delivered by two (2) EPA certified CAMEO Instructors and will be customized to North Carolina based upon the recently developed CAMEO database by Emergency Services.
