This course is designed for the Local Incident Management Team, as a single and or multiagency team for expanded incidents, typically formed and managed at the town, city, tribal or county level or by a predetermined regional entity.
The course consists of simulations, exercises and instruction for local incident management team members. The simulations are designed to test the students in their functional knowledge as well as their ability to function as a team.
Course instruction is provided for the local agencies IMT to enhance their abilities to interact, communicate, make decisions, and improves risk management.
