This Tabletop Exercise opportunity is designed around a plausible public health related scenario. Participants will be presented with a scenario and will discuss management solutions through the utilization of a National Incident Management System organization focusing on the Incident Command System.
The exercise will begin with initial notification of the participants and continue through several operational periods of complex incident management activities. An After Action Review will be conducted to discuss and critique the events of the exercise.
Participation is limited to Counties within Public Health Region 2. The following agency types are invited to participate:
