This 16-hour course is designed to provide the new or aspiring EMS Field Training Officer (FTO) guidance for managing and evaluating new EMS employees as well as those in remediation. The prospective FTO will be introduced to tools, educational techniques, and procedures to assist in the mission of providing quality training and evaluation of new provider or remedial training as needed for other providers.
