This course provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the latest updates and enhancements to the North Carolina Training, Exercise, and Response Management System (NC TERMS). Designed for emergency management personnel, training officers, planners, and administrative staff who regularly use NC TERMS, this session will cover new features, system improvements, user interface changes, and best practices for maintaining accurate training and personnel records.
Through live demonstrations and guided practice, participants will learn how to navigate the updated system, utilize new reporting functions, manage class registrations, and understand recent policy changes affecting data entry and certification tracking. The course will also include time for Q&A and user feedback to help shape future updates.
