EHPC Communications Exercise (Functional) (EHPCCOMUFE)

This exercise will serve as a brief refresher focused on the fundamentals of radio communication and the use of information-sharing platforms. Participants will review key concepts such as general radio navigation, proper radio procedures, and effective message transmission using both voice and digital systems.

The session will begin with an open Q&A period to address any questions or clarify specific operational topics before moving into the practical portion of the exercise. As the date approaches, additional details and supporting materials will be distributed to help participants prepare and ensure a smooth, productive session.

Equivalent Prerequisites
Target Audience This is targeted towards hospitals and EMS on the VIPER system. However, tasks will be general in nature and other disciplines are welcome to participate. There will not be an AUXC component to this exercise- that will be available in the Spring of 2026. 
Eligibility

Targeted towards healthcare (Hospitals and EMS). Other disciplines welcomed to participate. 

General requirements for participants ICS200,700,800 and a good understanding of communications paths available
